I had an ongoing issue w/new pair of hearing aids & your team was very dedicated to resolving it. They even contacted Miracle Ear Corporate to replace one. When issue continued and egen without appointment got to the bottom of the technical problem. All is corrected and my hearing aids work absolutely perfect and I am very satisfied with them. Your team members are the best !
