This place took advantage of my father-in-law who suffered from severe dementia. Miracle Ear in Cold Springs, KY sold my father-in-law hearing aids for over $8,000.00. My father-in-law was so confused, he thought he paid $700.00. After my father-in-law received his hearing aids from Miracle Ear, Miracle Ear then called us shortly after that appt. to tell us how concerned they were about my fathers-in-law confusion. This place took advantage of my father-in-law who suffered from severe dementia. Sold him hearing aides for over 8,000.00. My father-in-law was so confused, he thought he paid 700.00. PLUS, my father-in-law was a veteran and could get them free through the VA. This store knew he could get them free from the VA and still sold him aides for $8,000.00 SAD story!!!!!
