I have severe hearing loss I purchased the aids which they said were the best for 10,000 dollars through a finance company ,that I am still paying had to take the hearing aids back twice the second time they sent the off to be repaired this is the third time I have been without my right hearing aid for two weeks I do believe that they sold me refurbish hearing aids that commercial that’s on television is false advertising please I advise you to seek someone else this is just a little there’s a lot more that I can say about t... read more
Honestly, I don’t know where to begin with this review but first of all Singing that they were amazing would be an understatement. I came here recently to have my hearing checked and unfortunately I found out I had significant hearing loss which I figured much. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the doctors and Regional manager made the experience so much smoother by Walk me through the treatment plan. Iwent here for free testing and supposedly end of year sale,i was told i wasn't covered for hearing aids by my insurance,which is UHC. After that i tried for 2weeks for a copy of my test,and getting excuse after excuse! Poor professionalism!
