Was solicited via a mail coupon for a free hearing test and and $20. Walmart card. Test was very thorough and for me showed no loss of hearing. The Walmart incentive was not there but I was assured I would receive it mailed to me. Ten days later I drop in to see where it is and no one who knew was there that day. Called back and was told it had been mailed out some time ago but they will send out another one as it may be lost. Several days later I am writing this and still no $20. gift card.
