Friendly helpful staff
My wife had been suffering with tinnitus for some time. Nothing that she tried would alleviate her stress. A “free” exam at Miracle Ear, Colerain was a good thing. The audiologist did a thorough exam. He gave my wife a little hope that she could be free of tinnitus. We purchased a set of refurbished hearing aids which he tuned to block/cover up the tinnitus. It has done wonders for her. So we highly recommend the Colerain Miracle Ear location. Good job, Carl!
I recently tried the Miracle Ear store on Colerain Avenue after becoming disenchanted with another provider. I met Karl the audiologist and we hit it off from the start. He explained the weakness with my current aids and showed me how hearing aids could be better. He even gave me a pair to wear while my new ones were in transit. I learned that follow up cleanings were included. I will be a customer for life.

Went with my grandma to get some hearing aids. The office manager is so nice. She always keep a smile on her face and very nice
