I was supposed to have a hearing check,but was informed after arriving it was just a cleaning visit. I am very disappointed in ME and the way it conducts business. always calling to change appointment times ,and the call center is a waste. Seems like after ME gets the money you are not important anymore. There has been multiple times appointments have to be changed and like today I was supposed to have hearing check but didnt happen. I have struggled with hearing loss for over 7 years. I had visited an ENT and been told of my need for hearing aid. When given the price, I knew I could not afford them.
