I had a wonderful experience with Nick from beginning to end! He was very detail oriented, knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the hearing aids and made sure I was satisfied with the end result! Always in courage me to call him or make an appointment if I have any questions or concerns! I definitely recommend Miracle Ear and Nick if you need your first or following hearing aids!
I came down to be with my mom and went with her when she picked up her new hearing aids. She’s been battling cancer and lost most of her hearing, so I wanted to make sure she was taken care of. Ryan, who my mom had already said nothing but great things about, surprised her with flowers when we arrived. She immediately started crying. Ryan and Nick fit her with the new hearing aids, and when they turned them on… her eyes lit up. She could actually understand us again.
