Great professional service
Went for a hearing test with audiologist Kenneth Haesly, and I had an excellent experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The testing process was thorough, and he made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The staff was also friendly and efficient, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this place.
Had a bad experience with the visit and with the district manager. Very disappointed with the service and how they handled the customer's concern. I feel like they have false advertising from the flyer they sent out to the house. Definitely won't go back again!
Rebekah helped me replace my Miracle Ear charger for the storage pod by ordering a replacement that I can pick up at the Miracle Ear facility when it comes in.
I've been a Miracle-Ear client for a number of years. I recently purchased a new pair with the latest technology. I'm quite pleased. These aids are by far the best ever in terms of capturing conversations in noisy environments. The folks at the Meyerland store are always helpful, friendly, and professional.
