My 91 year old father has been a long time customer of Miracle Ear first with the original owner, the ownern's son Logan, and now Meg. I am a well known health care professional who lives out of town and flies in once every 2-3 weeks to make sure everything is ok with my parents who independently live with help. Unsatisfied customer. Spoke to the owner Robert about a refund for hearing aids I was paying for, I no longer want to proceed, however I was told there is no record of my payments . I'm done with you... how would you like being told your hard earn money wasn't recorded by a supposed to be reputable business.. use the funds and go fishing like you do.. peace

Came in to get a thorough hearing test for my job, however, I learned so much about my hearing. Joshua was great, and answered all of my questions so that I could understand. I felt comfortable the entire time!!! I definitely recommend.
