miracle ear and nothing but a rib of very expensive, taking advantage of older people, and they will take your money. Do not buy hearing aid from miracle ear. If you sign a contract, you will be charged for the down payment and you cannot get it back if you cancel.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly there, starting with the woman at the front desk. Best of all, there was no hard sell which I really appreciate.
The Miracle Ear personnel were here friendly and professional. They provided a lot of good and interesting information about how the ear works and what will be occur during testing and possible outcomes. Thought for sure it was to just sell us a hearing aid, but my husband and I don’t need them yet. I highly recommend them. Especially like the information about how important it is to get tested every couple of years. Really appreciated it.
Elizabeth J. is an excellent teacher about hearing, the ear, and how age and volume of sound affects our hearing. She took the time to be friendly. The hearing test was easily administered. She recommended annual screening for my high frequency hearing loss. Thank goodness I do not need hearing aids at this time. (Hopefully never.)
