I had the most wonderful experience at Miracle-Ear in Annapolis, and I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, Victoria made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood how my hearing aids worked. i have only had excellent service from this miracle ear location. all the staff (including victoria) are above and beyond !! highly recommend them!!

This location has changed immensely in the last few months. There’s always someone to answer calls and check hearing aids during the week. Victoria and Jacob are great listeners and always try to fix issues as quickly as possible. Location can be tricky to find the first time, but plenty of close parking, no stairs either- just flat ground. Will happily continue to return to the Annapolis location.

No one is ever at the store! There is a sign saying when the technician will be there. I came back and the store was still closed. I waited for over an hour to see if someone would show up and no one did. You can’t call the store because they use an answering service that is useless. She doesn’t know anything about the store. -Pathetic!

Terrible place. Managers do not care about their employees- especially their patients; all they want is your money. Just don't go here.
