My mother and I had a very nice visit here. She was not looking forward to getting her hearing tested but we all knew she couldn’t hear. Terry was so kind and patient with her. I’m so glad we got her to come in!

This is Wendy. Justin is very knowledgeable and friendly, as are all of his staff! Alyssa is great, too, and has taken extra time to adjust my hearing aids when I had a concern, by putting on a different cap that was more comfortable. Justin and Alyssa both do a great job! Terry also did a great job at my last appointment!
I have been receiving unsolicited mail from this business for a few years, addressed to VICTORIA Jackson. I've sent it back, unopened. I've written "No such person" on it. I've even phoned them and told them to stop sending me this junk. Absolutely useless. Y name is NOT Victoria, never was, never will be. Is that so hard to understand? I suggest the staff of this place should have hearing tests themselves.
Years before retirement, I learned through consultation & examination that I was losing hearing in my left ear. But the time I retired, my left ear was declared completely “dead”; that I lost my e-follicles. And I believed. “Acceptance” of such condition was the only way to have peace & subdue sadness. Wearing hearing device was meant to raise my spirit. A transmitter for my left ear & hearing aid for my right ear was the recommendation.
