I went to a he store on valley ave.the beginning was great .i wasn’t sure I needed or wanted hearing aids.but I tried a pair in and I could hear better.long story short.the person doing the test told me many times there is A 30 day return policy.so after 2 hrs. He talked me into taking them again I ask about returning them .he said no problem.
