I brought my hearing aid into the center to get it looked at because it wasn’t holding a full charge and Sara had to send it out to see what the issue was. It took only 5 business days to get it back and it’s working great again. Great service and fast. The last service center for Miracle Ear, where I went to have the other hearing aid repaired in Knoxville, Tennessee took 14 days and it cost me $75 more to repair it. I purchased new hearing aids a month ago. Sarah is absolutely wonderful. She took great care of me and is so informative. I highly highly recommend her to anybody if you go with me or clear and you see Sarah, you will not be disappointed.
