My elderly Aunt has an old hearing aid. Recently she disconnected the tube from the ear piece. The tube was old and dirty. Rhonda, office manager and Debbie the technician wee so polite to us! My aunt is a bit of a hand full sometimes and Rhonda helped her feel heard and appreciated. Debbie replaced the tube and adjusted the size. At no cost. My aunt was pleased and perhaps will agree to a new hearing aid from them! Thank you both so much.

I just left the Dublin office with my 81-year-old mom. She has had hearing loss for the majority of her life, and it has greatly affected her confidence. Mrs. Debbie spent two hours with her this afternoon, and now Mama is a candidate for a hearing aid. She has cried and cried out of excitement! Mrs. Debbie is an answer to a prayer!
