Lorie Leflore is an exceptional example of how to take care of your customer. Her outstanding ability to put you at ease and navigate you through the entire hearing aid journey was amazing. Her common sense approach to helping a patient understand the benefits of the product were second to none. I highly recommend her to be your representative if you are ever in need of someone to help with your hearing challenges.

I had an emergency with my hearing aids while traveling from Columbus, Georgia down here too Fort Walton on vacation. My hearing aids are issued by the VA and I would have to go to Pensacola. In this emergency, I stopped by the miracle air store at Fort Walton, and was assisted by Mindy in the most professional and competent manner. It was very interesting in a good way. I’d never had a hearing test. Being 65, I try to be proactive about aging. Monitoring hearing seemed like a step in the right direction. I found it a worthy experience & Margorie who administered the test was highly competent & personable. A positive & prudent experience.
