Miracle Ear in Payson is customer focused and the staff are fabulous. Front office is welcoming and Karl Watts, the Hearing Instrument Specialist provides individualized education about hearing loss, options and takes time to listen. I can not express how much my quality of life has improved since going to the Payson Miracle Ear. A recent family trip was richer in being able to hear my relatives well. Thank you.
A wire was broke on my hearing aids. I called this company here in Payson on Christmas eve and was told.to come right over. The reception I received was fantastic and the repair service perfectly done. All of the people were very friendly and helpful. Karl Watts the hearing instrument specialist replaced the wire and other parts at no charge. Wow , a really great experience from really great people. I will not hesitate to return to this store.
