The office manager and the doctor exceeded my expectations. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, patient and clear with answers to all of my questions. Generous and caring. I recommend this office very highly.
Kimberly was amazing at helping me right away get some help with fixing my grandfather’s hearing aid. Karl worked all day to fix the tubing and got it back to perfect. My grandfather is on hospice and these help him be more comfortable being able to hear us. I’d give 1000 stars if I could!

Miracle Ear in Payson is customer focused and the staff are fabulous. Front office is welcoming and Karl Watts, the Hearing Instrument Specialist provides individualized education about hearing loss, options and takes time to listen. I can not express how much my quality of life has improved since going to the Payson Miracle Ear. A recent family trip was richer in being able to hear my relatives well. Thank you.
