I had a wonderful experience at Miracle Ear in Payson. Karl was friendly and professional. He did a hearing exam and did an excellent job of explaining everything. He also cleaned and tuned my current hearing aids. When they need replacing I will definitely go back there.
My husband's right hearing aid stopped working. Called Miracle Ear to see if they did repairs. They told him to come on down and they would check it. Looked like Karl dropped what he was doing and took a look at the hearing aid. Within 10 minutes he had found the problem and repaired it! Karl also explained what happened and gave me suggestions of how to prevent it. Great fast and efficient walk in service. Would recommend them highly.

This morning when my left hearing aid did not cooperate with my efforts to put in a new wax guard and dome, i was dismayed. especially since i am 1800 miles from home. This afternoon i walked into the Payson Miracle Ear office and was immediately greeted. After explaining the problem, Karl came to my aid and not only did he fix the problem, he explained what he was doing and gave me a couple of extra wax guards. Amazing service! Fast! Friendly! And efficient! I highly recommend Miracle Ear in Parson Mary
The office manager and the doctor exceeded my expectations. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, patient and clear with answers to all of my questions. Generous and caring. I recommend this office very highly.
