Harrison was excellent! He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and personable. He was able to fine tune her hearing aids for the perfect setting. The product seems to be working great! Thanks!!
Biggest mistake I ever made, still paying for them and lost both of them within a year. Paid almost 7,000$ with insurance the least they could do is sell you insurance to go with it for that price. Very dissatisfied and disappointed spent all that money and have nothing to show for it, I am disabled and a senior living on a fixed income and that’s almost half of what I make in a year.
