I came with my mom to translate. Marina explained things very well, and Andrew was great at making sure she felt comfortable. My mom is happy and hearing so much better with her hearing aids.
The staff at Miracle Ear are very friendly. Andrew the consultant there took his time and explained what was going on with my mom's hearing, and was very respectful about it and showed that he cared and wanted to help. Would definitely suggest Miracle Ear to others.
