Stephanie was the best. Very professional, checking everything available for me I am severely hard of hearing. She got me some aids and they're wonderful. I heard a cabinet door bang mins, ago. Hadn't heard that sound lately. I no longer need my around sound. I can hear on a regular phone, not close caption I have one regret I Wish I had got new Hearing Aids many many years ago, Miracle Aids from Stephanie at Valdosta, Ga. Mall.
