Very knowledgeable. Compassionate.
Terrible hearing aids, terrible service, waste of money. We spent $6,000 for junk. Every 4 weeks or so they need cleaned . We asked to show us what they do so we do not have to keep coming. They refused to show us. I book an appointment through the site and the owner ( that works all 3 offices) calls every time and wants to change it when the 1-800 number says she has that opening. The doctor was very nice and very thorough in telling me what was wrong. Glad I went cause I would have never figured out what was wrong.
I am so unbelievably happy with my new hearing aids! I love the app that easily allows me to adjust my hearing. The staff at Miracle Ear in Norton are amazing, Janine went above and beyond explaining how to clean, utilize the options, and maintain my hearing aids.
Extremely friendly staff who always make time to listen. Easy and quick access to appointments. Audiologist Jeanine is fabulous. She always has an answer to my questions and adjusts my hearing aids appropriately.
