Thank you thank you miracle-air services Miss Courtney and Mr collison we had a life-changing experience deafness in the right ear due to cancer we were greeted with a warm spirit and encouraging smiles Mr collison was very open with options very knowledgeable he suggested an appliance called cross which transfer sounds from the death side ear to the opposite ear with the hearing aid picking up the sounds wow life-changing thank you thank you team Mr collison and Mrs Miss Courtney Dale and Wanda
I came to Miracle-Ear in Pittsburgh because I was totally unhappy with the service I was receiving at a different Miracle-Ear office. My first contact was with Kourtney by phone. She was polite, informative and helpful. My first visit to the store was for routine cleaning. However, she and Chris both recognized the gaps in the service I’d had before. Chris has been very helpful with all of my husband's needs! Very patient and understanding with him. Very friendly and always making sure he is satisfied before he leaves.
Have now learned that these aids are helping to prevent further hearing loss. The flexibility I have with the Miracle Ear aids allows me to adjust to situations like noisy environments, TV, etc. and also direct receiving sound from different areas around me. For example, in a restaurant, I can direct the sound reception so I hear sound better from those people in front of me and diminishes sound behind or on either side of me. I have been wearing miracle ear hearing aids for years. The Pittsburg people especially Susan and Chris have been very kind and helpful. Always making time to adjust hearing aids when needed
