Have now learned that these aids are helping to prevent further hearing loss. The flexibility I have with the Miracle Ear aids allows me to adjust to situations like noisy environments, TV, etc. and also direct receiving sound from different areas around me. For example, in a restaurant, I can direct the sound reception so I hear sound better from those people in front of me and diminishes sound behind or on either side of me. I have been wearing miracle ear hearing aids for years. The Pittsburg people especially Susan and Chris have been very kind and helpful. Always making time to adjust hearing aids when needed
My husband has been wearing Miracle-Ear hearing aids for about 3 years now. We always get great service at the Pittsburg, KS store. Susan, the office manager, always know us and is very pleasant to work with. She is very accommodating with appointments. The hearing aid technicians change from time to time, but all are very trained and helpful.
The staff is truly amazing. Always willing to help out with whatever you might need they always return phone calls and are prompt with appointments and always work with the time you’re available. Susan is always polite and very helpful a special thanks to you.
We would like to say Thank you so much to Susan,Brittney,& Chris for always being there and doing your very best to help our daughter Brigette. When her hearing aid wasn’t working correctly Susan got us in on a timely manner and Brittney and Chris tested it and help with it. Being the only ear she has hearing out of they had Susan send her hearing aid in and Brittney gave her a top of the line to use until hers came in.
