Miracle ear in watertown ma staff are extremely helpful and so friendly to deal with. My 98 & 80 year friends (M&K) have used this company for over 20 years. The respect, caring and patience of the staff go above and beyond regular customer care. They work with their clients to help them not only hear better but remember details about the clients so they feel quite comfortable . Both M&K highly recommend this location !
CJ and Jim have helped me greatly. Hearing aids work great well worth it!
