My husband has been using Miracle Ear for over 20 years. We have always had great customer service but I must say working with Janine and Michael has been the best! We would highly recommend this practice.
Jeanine was super helpful and she took her time to ensure everything felt right for my father. She explained everything to my mom and I, too, and said to contact her if we have any future trouble. We feel very taken care of! Highly recommend her and this Miracle Ear office.
Service is wonderful. Janine and Michael are concerned, thoughtful and knowledgeable people. They explained and instructed me every step of the way. The Miracle Ear hearing aid is comfortable to wear. It recharges at night just like my I phone. I forget that I have them in my ears. I never miss out on a conversation now. They deserve ten stars.
I took my mom to get hearing aids in the Cape May location. Janine and Micheal were wonderful. They were very patient with us and knowledgeable . I would highly recommend getting hearing aids from them.
