Excellent everything! Staff are all friendly and helpful. But can not say enough to tell you about Miles Maxwell. He is just freaking awesome! Thank you for helping me hear again!
Miles is a wonderful educator and communicator. Update 04.11.24 - the entire staff is so accommodating when I bring in my Mom's and a friend's hearing aids to get them cleaned. Appreciate all their efforts. Update 04.08.26 - i appreciate Stevie's wonderful customer service and friendliness when I'm having Mom's hearing aids cleaned every two weeks.
Stopped in no appt, took care of the issue immediately.
Stevie was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and took the time to explain the process, which really helped put me at ease. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them—great service all around!
