My experience with Miracle Ear, Monroeville has been stellar. The staff is excellent. This is my third time to purchase hearing aids but the first time I received a wealth of information concerning the way hearing happens and the effect of not dealing with a hearing loss. I appreciated the follow-up appointments which helped me understand the differences in my new hearing aids as I compared them with my earlier hearing aids. Wonderful customer service and Leona and Shari are amazing, caring and compassionate about their clients and their hearing needs.
Needed help left my Charge at Home in Virginia. Victoria was hesitant on what I needed but was willing to spend the time in helping me with my needs. She took the time to talk to my person at Miracle ear in Virginia. Between the two I was able to get the correct charger I needed in order to hear correctly. People like Victoria are who you want representing your office!
Leona is a very kind and compassionate person; she strives for excellence in all she does. Shari is so sweet and welcomes you like your family. Warm, clean and cheerful atmosphere. The office is always decorated nicely.

I have ask many times to be removed from their mailing list. I keep all this mail in names that are not me. My name is Lillie, not Lillian, SR. This is something that the people in Indianapolis tried to change my name to Lillian. My experience with Miracle Ear has always been good. Their receptionist is very friendly, considerate & helpful. Before going there, I couldn't hear from running big machinery. They've worked with me & my hearing is a lot better. I'd recommend them.
First, I must say I miss Stephanie. Went in today and met the new staff, great energy and services was a 5 star. Enjoyed your humor. Thanks for taking care of my needs. I can Hear clearly now.
