This is a new Addition to my previous comment. I can't leave it separately so I had to add it to this... I happened to be in the area so I Stopped in to request they take me off their mailing list.. The receptionist was very pleasant and tried to resolve my previous problem but when she called her manager to get approval the manager was very livid and asked her to call the police on me. The only hearing aid company, that keeps there promise. No extra charge for care of the hearings aids besides the hearing aids purchase themselves. Fort Collins Co miracle ear, has kept there word and helped me with no extra charges.
Might be a decent company to work with, but they are sending out predatory ads to seniors in the mail that are meant to deceive people into thinking they are opening medical documents by writing 2026 enrollment on the front with no information about the company until you open the mail. These predatory practices are indicative of a immoral company that should not be trusted. If my grandmother actually needed their services, because of this mail I would do everything in my power to find any other option as their choice to prey... read more
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating during my visit! I I needed a hearing test to provide for a new job, it was a quick and easy process.
