Just had my 3 1/2 year checkup. Courtney was great. She gave me a new hearing test and tuned my 3 1/2 year old hearing aids to the new test. I can now hear as well as when they were new. Her personal attention to my hearing makes the purchase well worth the momey. Thanks Courtney

Betty Werner- Bought my hearing aids in September they created sores and are very uncomfortable I even lost a pair because I take them out all the time. I went back on Amazon and bought another pair of Sonys there updated CRE 10 is self fitting and have a charge life of 24 hours. Not sure why a company this size would not have self fitting. Also the charge on my debit card for 2800. The first time then another charge 1000 something in Feb also did not come in as miracle ear called my bank and they told me. I had an appointment with Courtney today in Monroe, NC. She was great! She listened and addressed all of my hearing aid concerns. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend making your next appointment with her.
