We hired MDH to completely gut our bathroom and they were excellent. Elliana and the team were wonderful to work with, super flexible and understanding of changes on our end. They managed to finish our bathroom on time which was incredible, and we were able to stay very close to the original estimated price (a pipe was hidden by the old vanity and we requested they move it which added a minimal amount to the final cost). The worst experience of my life. All these great reviews, but reality is a different thing. Agathe came to measure, spent an hour of my time, video taped everything, almost an infringement of my privacy and when it came time to ask for a quote many, many, many times, she only provided me with one over the phone (despite asking for something in writing).
