I scheduled with them a day prior and I gave them the address and the phone number and they said they will see me tomorrow they even literally called to remind me (i have the voicemail) that they will be coming and they said between 1 and 3 and I waited until 4 I gave them a call and they said they had the wrong address and the wrong phone number they said the phone number they called a woman answered and said she doesn't need Carpet Cleaning and they even told me that number and I called that numbe... read more

My Beige carpeting was installed in 1963 in my living room ,dining room, stairway, and second floor hallway. Miracle Carpet Cleaning has been taking care of it and keeping it like new for years. Terry Dunn (owner) has always been prompt, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Considering the age of my carpeting (purchased at the old "Shade Shop" in Akron, Ohio) Terry has properly named his business. It truly IS a "miracle" that my carpet still looks great.
