Absolutely a garbage place to get your vehicle washed at, you can do a better job in your drive way with dish soap and a old greace rag and a garden hose! Not to mention the manager Jason I believe his name was, just down write rude and doesn't car for you as a customer at all. My membership was canceled because he thought I was driving to fast In His parking lot, which I was was not but anyway. Horrible service. They treat long term customers horribly. And I have been going there for a minute. There poor maintenance for there drive thru costed $900 on repairs to my vehicle front bumper and he only covered $200 making up excuses as to why my car got damaged when in reality he used zip ties to fix his equipment not letting customers know the clearance isn’t the same
RecommendedWent in today after 3 weeks no car wash and the staff were awesome. So much build up the first wash didn't get it all so they let me go through a second time. And to top it off they were closing up but they kept it open long enough for me to go through a second time. This is why I wouldn't have a problem continuing paying for my membership even during the covid-19 closure. They are worth it.
Just left and so impressed with how clean my car always is. Such a great value and it allows me to give the employees a bigger tip when it is done extra well. Thank you! As a single mom working two jobs, with a five year old who has dance two times a week...our car was filthy. They did a fanstic job for an affordable price!
Absolutely nothing do yourself a favor and don’t go wash your car there. It will get damaged and then they will tell you that they are not responsible. Yhen have you fill out a damage report and tell you that the managers going to call you but he never did for a week so I continue to call only to get a very rude manager telling me that they are not responsible for any damages they do to your car. This is a wonderful car wash. Everyone is courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Their work was impeccable! My car, a Honda Odyssey, is large and was really dirty both inside and out (sorry but I couldn't get there any sooner!). The car was clean and shining everywhere - inside and out. I was really surprised. This is my car wash from now on when I'm at my Deltona home! Thanks so much, folks!
First, when I got there I had questions about what all was included with the interior and “Miracle” add ons. There was a language barrier, so I asked for someone who could better explain. I assume the next guy who approached me was the manager because he had on a red shirt. He spoke to me as if I was supposed to know what he was talking about.
