I have had 3 trucks repaired at Miracle Body and Paint, worked with Andy first to get things setup he helped with my insurance too. Then Michael Arevalo, great customer service and he remembered me from the times I had been there before. Sitting in the waiting room watching and listening to Pearl work the phones and the lobby was amazing, that girl can juggle.
I just recently visited Miracle to get my Toyota's window replaced. Someone broke it to steal personal things while parked. Not wasting any time I went to the only place where I know would take care of my my woes and thats Miracle Body +.They quickly replaced the window and called me the same day to p/u my truck. Thank God cause the next day it snowed!!! Atta boy to Steve Wagner and the Miracle crew. Totally satisfied!
They were off to a good start I noticed that the receptionist is a very skilled individual and works as efficiently as is politely possible (I am very impressed). All of the claims writers seem to depend on Pearl minute to minute. After a couple of weeks. Great service. Ms Pearl and staff were friendly and helpful. Ramon was awesome, kept me updated on status of my car. Work done on my SUV is excellent. Generous discount toward my deductible. Good professional company will recommend to my friends in need.
