Boo!!!! got charged for a tech to come out and not even look at my washer!! He did not turn it on or even look at it!!! I told him what I thought was wrong with it. Then had a 10 min conversation on how he was pricing another ladies washer and same thing happened and he was going to charge he $575 to fix it. And I nice enough to let him use my bathroom!! CALLING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! and posting not to use their company on facebook Twitter and instagram!!!
Watch it! They charged $175 for a 45 minute service call during regular business hours. No parts were replaced on our dishwasher. It also happened to be raining the morning they came over and the technician refused to wear booties or remove his shoes. If you choose this company, expect to pay a lot and get rude service.
