Had a scheduled oil furnace maintenance for my 84 year old father. They were scheduled to come between 10 and 12. Nobody came or called. Although they said they called, but that’s not possible because we receive all our calls. Rescheduled a week later, again nobody showed up or called. The second appointmemt my father even cancelled a doctors appointment just so he can have his furnace maintained. These people are unreliable!
Avoid - locally everyone groans about this company and for good reason. I bought a house with their tanks, and one business day later they locked the tanks because I didn’t call them. No notice or tag left, just locked tanks a week before Thanksgiving. When I set up the account they told me they couldn’t get back to unlock them for THREE WEEKS. I explained that I need to cook Thanksgiving for my family but they basically said, that’s your problem we are busy. I called Suburban Propane and they are coming to set new tanks on ... read more

I have been a customer with this company for 27 years. Since Mirabito took over Bullis oil. ANYTIME I had an issue they were there almost immediately. Chris and Pete are a credit to this company. They even came out in the middle of the night when I had a no heat issue. Mirabito may not be the least expensive, but I'm willing to pay a bit more when it comes to reliable service.
