We just purchased a heating and cooling furnace from Mirabito in Binghamton, NY. We highly recommend the company. The sales person, office assistants and tech. were awesome. Not pushy, polite, knowable, friendly and extremely helpful. We can not say enough of positive comments. They were by far the most responsibly priced on our furnace and propane. Their rewards program is awesome. Thank you Mirabito for your service.
I have been with this company when they were Shepherd Oil. I never had a problem with delivery with them through all kinds of weather. Now Mirabito sends a new driver who gets angry at me for asking for a delivery when the driveway isn’t clear enough for him. Its January in New York my gravel driveway wont be completely clear till April. It is plowed and my contractors are in and out constantly working on our addition with no problem. One of the worst customer experiences I've had with a company. Emails all in caps, conflicting information, and just confusion. I expected better from a company like Mirabito. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
It’s been impossible to reach Mirabito lately- all calls get routed to a central number and one can’t reach the local office. Calls take over an hour wait time and my voicemails and emails were never responded to. It’s taken a week to get our oil delivered following multiple calls and emails on my end with Mirabito not having the courtesy to contact us and let us know there was an issue with delivery. Not the service I expected after 20 years of being Mirabito customers
Very poor customer service. I have been listening to the recording stating how a customer care rep would be with me shortly. I have been listening to that for the last 45 minutes and no one has picked up. Very frustrating. I am hoping that isnt what is considered good customer service.
