My parents have been with this company for nearly 20 years, always paying the statements soon after getting them. They provide bad customer service with a rude receptionist (been treated rudely because we called only when we needed oil and wouldn't let them enroll us on one of their monthly plans). They only care about money, charge for yearly maintenance contract and supposed to send someone to service boiler twice a year but many years only provided one and there were a few years when they provided none.
