Bait and switch best describes our Mirabelle Gourmet Catering experience. The food we tasted in his kitchen was far different then the "stuff" he served at my daughters wedding. When asked for an honest appraisal from our guest they described the food as "bland cafeteria food... boring... tasteless... unidentifiable..." The tender juicy pink perfectly prepared beef tenderloin we had in his kitchen a year before the wedding was far different than the sauced beef jerky he served at my daughters wedding.
