Liars! Particularly asked what is the wait time, as i had very limited time, and could fit other things within this time frame..: she said 2 min, waited for 20 min! The job done is also crappy. Never again.

I really wanted to like this place. In fact, I kept going back because I genuinely loved how my nails looked at first. But over time, the service and quality went downhill drastically. The very first time I visited, the staff actually laughed at me because I didn’t know what shellac was. It was my first manicure and I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. Extremely dissapointed with this Nail Salon. I would not go back again. I received a $85 voucher for a Shellac Manicure and Pedicure... the pedicure was fine, however the shellac manicured started to bubble. I requested the person in charge to remove it but give me a credit note as I didnt want to do them again as my nails were already thin! and they did not take any responsibility for it.
