After being asked to “take a seat,” I waited approximately 20 minutes before being attended to. My nails were then wrapped in acetone and foil, which remained on for at least 30 minutes while additional customers were continually ushered in and left waiting. Please go elsewhere. I went in on a Thursday night for a manicure & pedicure shellac - I was barely greeted at the door. Just told to sit down. I then waited 15 minutes to even begin. I then had someone start on me & then go to back and forth from another lady. They took every walk in no matter how busy they were. The pedicure was average but mind you the water was like it had just come out of a kettle (2 mins later the lady next to me also said that’s too hot). Liars! Particularly asked what is the wait time, as i had very limited time, and could fit other things within this time frame..: she said 2 min, waited for 20 min! The job done is also crappy. Never again.

I really wanted to like this place. In fact, I kept going back because I genuinely loved how my nails looked at first. But over time, the service and quality went downhill drastically. The very first time I visited, the staff actually laughed at me because I didn’t know what shellac was. It was my first manicure and I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable.
