I witnessed horrific, aggressive, reckless, dangerous driving today of the Mirabella shuttle van/bus. I called the office twice to talk to a manager today about this so it could be addressed TODAY and this dangerous driver could be taken off the road, possibly drug tested and counseled. I told the receptionist I needed to talk to someone today and this could not wait till some Monday-Friday person strolled into work tomorrow. All I got was voicemail. No return phone call even from the manager I was told was on duty. Sad. Ver... read more

Really like: the staff and how nicely they treat me. However, the managerial group is very slow at getting back with me.
BEAUTIFUL. AMAZING people and staff WOW! I can't imagine how much fun the residents have!!
Free valet parking for guests and prospective residents.
Mom loves this place as well great food in the two restaurants and they have a great chef in the 10th floor dinner restaurant with great buffet and order off the menus and the have two swimming pools and a hot tub and a work out fully furnished and a theater and activities every day and great garage where they park your car it's like living in a hotel and it has 12 floors with a assisted living on the second floor if you need medical help and they have a shuttle service downtown if you don't feel like driving or they take yo... read more
