My mother-in-law has lived in the Mirabella for several years. Over that time the prices have gone up and the level of services and food have gone down. She's not used the medical facilities much so I can't comment on them at this point. The Mirabella did a great job keeping residents safe during the pandemic, but at the same time all services were shut down and they've never come back to pre-pandemic levels. Wife and I are staying at Ronald McDonald house decided to get a coffee on Saturday morning and wait into Dolce Vita bistro The staff was super nice but the dining room manager was a jerk being rude telling me I didn’t tip him enough that he couldn’t live on a dollar even though I had tipped them four dollars total . daughter is in OSHU with cancer and I have to deal with this jerk so maybe before you pass judgment on people who should see or not knowing what they’re dealing with have some respect tipping isn’t even required... read more
The supervisor in the memory care was unprofessional and rude I hope you guys teach him how to respect people I think His name was Justin. Never come back again.
Staff is friendly, place is spotlessly clean and food is better than expected.
