Absolutely disgraceful — $2,000–$4,000 in damages, clear video evidence, and no response for over 2 months. It’s been over two months since I started contacting the office about my shattered windshield, which was damaged by contractors hired by the community, right outside my home. I have dashcam footage that clearly shows when and how it happened. Everything is documented. The replacement cost is between $2,000 and $4,000, and management is fully aware. Improve on communication. Biggest issue here. The staff need severe training on legal disputes, cease and desists, DOCUMENTATION of ALL situations involving residents, and other liabilities/insurances of the complex and communication between staff. Blundering through the years of not acknowledging this error cannot go on. Very irresponsible. Great community. Pros: -The best gym I have seen. -Landscape well kept. -Nice pool -Gated community -Security personnels r amazing. Very kind, respectful, & handles issues with urgency. -Nice floor plans. Cons: -U can hear everything from inside of the other units. From walking, sliding furniture across floor, pets running around, kids screaming, coughing, sneezing, stuff dropping onto the floors, hearing neighbors being intimate ..... ETC. -Small parking spaces.. ppl parking any kind of way.. -Water quality
