Weekend security on the weekends are very limited on Saturdays and Sundays. Night accommodations are limited after 5:00 pm. 12:00 am through 3:00 am cars and people outside talking and music to experience outside noises. 2:00 am awakes you from sleeping with people outside 😴 🙄. Security is non and avoid based on security administration however needs to be addressed!
You raised the HOA fee. The fee meant to cover the maintenance of the gates. Then refuse to actually use the fee for what it is for. If we are paying to maintain the gates. Then FIX IT. Not leave it open for hours in the day unmanned and unwatched. The whole point of a gated community is to have GATES. Foolish decisions once again! Management is poor. Office staff are rude and do not answer concerns. They honestly don’t care about homeowners. Why they haven’t fired them, I have no clue. Something unethical is afoot for sure, and it can’t be good. Security and the place itself is lovely. But suffers from poor office staff and management.
As an owner at Mirabella since our purchase, I would like to compliment our Security staff—especially Kevin Gresch—for consistently doing an excellent job. Kevin has always been attentive, professional, and quick to respond whenever assistance was needed. His dedication and reliability make us feel safe and well cared for.
