Why do you suppose your occupancy is only 58%? Is the Shady Park noise or litigation interfering with achieving move-ins in line with your feasibility report? Why does your last bondholder disclosure decline to comment on the litigation? Finally, what is the status of the challenge to your real estate tax exemption?

Noisy. Right off of mill avenue, a local part district in the heart of a college town. DO NOT move here if you enjoy peace and quite.

As if the Covid pandemic was not enough hardship on live music venues, this company is trying to shut down a small business because they failed to do their due diligence

The people who own this place are only worried about money. Don’t live here by any means. Vile business practices. You build across from the ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT, that has been there years prior to your disgusting building being built. There has been live music since where you stand was a parking lot. Move in next to a music venue, and complain about the music? Did you not look up where you were building? Vile. Horrifying. Disgusting.

Residents are entitled and expect a bar scene and college campus to be quiet. Horrible decision to put a retirement home on a strip of bars. Don’t move to this area if you’re just going to complain about people being loud, and then demand that a small business shut down.
