Only have had bad experiences with the new dinning room director. Really like most of the residents.
Everyday the food is not good. They have to wait for coffee every morning and it is cold. The dinner tonight was over an hour wait to get. They were short staffed and would not let other staff help to serve. They were missing silverware and glasses. They saved tea in a coffee cup. This place is going down hill fast in the cafeteria
I had a bed bug in my moms room today. I was told by staff this is an reoccurring situation. I am demand a refund!
Very happy with the care given to my 95 young mother. She likes her caregivers and I am very impressed with Devon, he is very attentive and patient with all the residents I have seen him interact with. He goes above and beyond.
The residents are amazing, the environment is kept clean and well taken care of.
