Only have had bad experiences with the new dinning room director. Really like most of the residents.
Everyday the food is not good. They have to wait for coffee every morning and it is cold. The dinner tonight was over an hour wait to get. They were short staffed and would not let other staff help to serve. They were missing silverware and glasses. They saved tea in a coffee cup. This place is going down hill fast in the cafeteria
