I've been living at Mirabella Apartments for almost 2 years now, and it's honestly one of my favorite places I've ever lived. The front office staff is fantastic, and, as far as the maintenance team goes, they are also a net positive that quickly resolves issues. Another bonus is that I am walking distance to a slew of restaurants and fast food spots, where I can catch a movie at the nearby theater, and the walking/bike trail is just a couple blocks away. It's been such a great experience living here.
Facilities in good condition, very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of amenities and overall good atmosphere!
I have been living here for almost a year, and for the money, you’re much better off renting somewhere else. This place is advertised as a gated apartment community, but for most of the time I’ve lived here, the gates have been kept open. There are also no cameras in the parking lots, so security here is very low. Only a few weeks ago did they finally fix the gates. Living at Mirabella Apartments has truly been a wonderful experience! The community is comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. I really enjoy a relaxing day by the pool, and walking my dog in the open areas. Everything about Mirabella makes it feel like home. What really stands out to me is the management team. I’ve lived here since 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed it!! The pool is awesome!! And the management staff are very friendly, and Roxette is always very helpful. ☺️
