I recently moved out of this property, and my experience was disappointing. Throughout my time there, management was rarely available and was difficult to reach when issues or questions came up. Well... The location was at perfect spot of Washington and Harris🫢. The African American manager named Kim looked professional but her actions WEREN'T. She showed the model of 2 bedrooms/2 baths nicely staged. She then showed the location of prospective apartment which was in good location. She then set up appointment to have L&L (Look & Lease) right there in her office with promos of free rents..No holding deposit allowed. Me and my girls recently moved into Mirabella Apartments . Martha made the entire process very easy! And since we have been here she has been very accommodating ☺️ . The space is perfect for me and my girls! Thank you Martha !
Terrible place to live maintenance will take weeks to fix anything they over painted mold on the walls and the landlord is so bad even if it is the first when rent is so she will charge you a late fee or send you straight to legal she sent all of F build to be removed to raise rent
