We recently moved in and the application process went very smoothly. Jessica went above and beyond and provided great service when helping us apply for an apartment. There was some back and forth (mostly on our end) but Jessica made the process smooth. The apartment units are relatively new, I believe at least 2 years old. There are plenty of parking spaces with more towards the edges of the community. Maintenance seems to do a great job at keeping the community clean.
