My mother has been at this place for 2 years. I can tell that some of the nursing staff is just here for a check. Not enough actual nurses and a lot of assistants that really don't care about the elderly. My mom had her phone charger and cash she had left from her SS from her room. Staff that is supposed to be taking care of her was also stealing. One of the nurses was always so rude and mean that mom had to request for him not care for her anymore. Food is horrible. Today while traveling on I-30 West the transport white bus from there got in front of me and almost caused a collision in the rain. My concern is that if he is transporting residents, he's putting their safety in danger and I think someone needs to address this issue with him/her. Sincerely; Gracie Moralez
