There was miscommunication about my prescription. But when I called, they were very prompt in clearing it up. As well as reaching out to me again to make sure I got my medication and that I understood what happened. I appreciate great customer service like this!
I’m being told my prescription is supposed to be an overnight prescription when shipping. I paid for it Tuesday morning which was before the 2 PM deadline but as of Thursday, I have not received my prescription.
