They don't really do much to help the tenants here. Even ran over a grill the other day and just left it on the ground. Raising rent prices when they haven't even done a thing to make the complex better. Not to mention the air conditioner isn't working properly.
This complex, Section8 and HUD, is well managed, well maintained, with a broad mix of tenants. Right across from the school, parents have a greater sense of security for their children.
