Terrible company that cuts corners. Never finished the install, been at him for 3 years. Cut the grill 10 inches off of the vent. My heatpump stopped working during the cold snap, it's been over a month and they haven't called me back. Paid in full on day 1. Used duct tape to seal a few pipes. Never tapped the unit. Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible work, Terrible service
